xESPER Yield Booster Plugin

With the YieldBooster plugin, users in Esper Finance can allocate their xESPER to a Esper LP NFT (spNFT) to earn extra yield. The resulting yield boost multiplier can vary depending on the staked position's wrapped LP, but it typically defaults to the x2 value.

This value is calculated for every position from the following elements:

• The position's LP amount

• The total staked LP amount across all positions and users

• The position's allocated xESPER amount

• The total allocated xESPER across all of the positions with the same LP

• The LP max boost multiplier (can't exceed x2.5)

The formula is very straightforward:

$$boostMultiplier=\frac{userLP*totalAllocation*maxBoostMultiplier}{totalLp*userAllocation}$$

Deallocation

There are no specific conditions for deallocating xESPER from this plugin in Esper Finance, and it can be done at any time. A deallocation fee of 0.5% applies.
